Refund Eligibility

Beyond The Hemlines offers a 14-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 14 days and must not have accessed any course content, lessons, videos, or downloadable materials.

Once you have accessed the course, including viewing any video lesson, accessing modules, or downloading course materials, the purchase becomes non-refundable. This applies regardless of how much of the course you have completed.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be issued if:

You have accessed any course content or lessons.
More than 14 days have passed since your purchase date.
You are requesting a refund after initiating course access.
A second or subsequent payment has been processed under a payment plan.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order information and the reason for your refund request.

Refund Processing

Upon approval of your refund request, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary by financial institution.
