All course content, including but not limited to videos, lessons, instructions, workbooks, graphics, and materials, are the exclusive property of Beyond The Hemlines and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or publicly display any course materials without written permission.

However, you retain ownership of any original work, assignments, or materials you create as a student in this course.

 

4. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

Share your course access with others or allow others to use your account
Redistribute, resell, or share course materials
Use the course materials for commercial purposes without permission
Attempt to reverse engineer or access course content outside the platform
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

 

5. TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues may occur due to internet connection, device compatibility, or server maintenance. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and compatible device to access the course.

 

6. NO WARRANTY

10. TERMINATION

Beyond The Hemlines reserves the right to terminate your access to the course at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

 

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the course shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maryland. Both parties agree to submit to arbitration rather than pursuing litigation in court.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, along with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beyond The Hemlines regarding your course enrollment and use.
